Important Incentive Details
Contingent offers are accepted. Buyers must use Herrington Homes’ preferred lender and preferred closing attorney to qualify. Incentives may be used toward an interest rate buy-down, eligible upgrades, or closing costs. Incentive amounts vary by community and selected home. Contracts must be signed by November 30, 2026, and homes must close by December 31, 2026, or when construction is complete. The offer is effective November 1, 2026, and expires November 30, 2026.
Contingent Deals Disclaimer
Contingent offers are accepted on any home purchase with limited time to sell the buyer’s current home. Contracts that include a contingency will have a 72-hour “kick-out” clause.
If another purchaser presents a non-contingent offer, the contingent buyer will have 72 hours after receiving notification to either remove the contingency or withdraw from the contract. See the contract for details regarding the possible return of a portion of the builder deposit.
