"We had a tremendous experience building our first home with Herrington Homes! Mary and Craig Johnson are a superior team and run a high-quality company -- he oversees the construction and she is the designer both for some of their plans and for selection of all materials, finishes, and colors. They have a very organized and detailed personalized manual that took us through every step of the process, and we liked their system where we picked everything out up front, prior to start of construction, which took a lot of pressure off us during the build process and avoided delays. We truly love our home! It is a modification of a plan Mary designed that fits our furniture, and as she puts it, our "jewelry," the decor, very well. Construction was done with very few delays (weather), they provided a dedicated individual to correct anything that was not right for an entire year after move-in, and our punch list was short. After nearly 5 years of living in the house, we find it still looking just like new, and can attest to the quality of this structure, in and out. Our utility bills are also lower than efficient homes in our area, based on a trend chart I receive each month! In summary, we are extremely happy we chose Herrington Homes and highly recommend them! If we ever build again, we would only want to work with Craig and Mary! "
