For a limited time, qualified buyers can receive up to $10,000 in incentives to use toward an interest rate buy-down, eligible upgrades, or closing costs. That gives you some flexibility to put the savings where they can make the biggest difference for you.
And if timing has been holding you back, there’s good news there too. Contingent offers are accepted, giving buyers with a current home to sell another option for making their next move.
With only six opportunities remaining in each community, October is a good time to take a closer look. Contracts must be signed by October 31, 2026, to qualify for these fall incentives.

Important Incentive Details
Contingent offers are accepted. Buyers must use Herrington Homes’ preferred lender and preferred closing attorney to qualify. Incentives may be used toward an interest rate buy-down, eligible upgrades, or closing costs.
Contracts must be signed by October 31, 2026, and homes must close by November 30, 2026, or when construction is complete. The offer is effective October 1, 2026, and expires October 31, 2026.
Contingent Deals Disclaimer
Contingent offers are accepted on any home purchase with limited time to sell the buyer’s current home. Contracts that include a contingency will have a 72-hour “kick-out” clause.
If another purchaser presents a non-contingent offer, the contingent buyer will have 72 hours after receiving notification to either remove the contingency or withdraw from the contract. See the contract for details regarding the possible return of a portion of the builder deposit.
