Originally from northern Virginia, Craig has 30 years of experience in the custom home building industry.  Craig oversees all company operations and handles all estimating. His team and homeowner customers describe Craig as being very system oriented and committed to building high quality and beautiful homes.

 

 

Mary Johnson, Owner/Sales Director/Customer Relations 

Craig’s wife and owner of Herrington Homes, Mary has 25 years of experience in home sales and design. As Sales Director and Customer Relations contact, Mary is your “go-to” throughout the entire home building process. She is also your consultant and interior design expert during the selection process for all home finishes. Her team and homeowner customers describe Mary as attentive to their needs and a joy to work with.   

 

Heather ReavesOffice Manager/Architectural Review Coordinator/Accounting 

With over 15 years of working in the industry, Heather is not just a great Office Manager, she is truly knowledgeable and informed about the custom home building process. She serves homeowners as a secondary Customer Relations contact and handles all accounting and purchasing.  She also works closely with Architectural Review Boards around Wilmington to ensure homes meet their requirements.  Customers describe Heather as being extremely efficient and organized and fun to work with.

 

Peter LaVecchia, Warranty and Finishing Manager

Originally from the Northeast, Peter brings with him over 30 years of customer service success. Peter is responsible for the delivery of finished homes, as well as, working with our homeowners in managing their warranty schedules.  You will find Peter very knowledgeable about the construction field and willing and patient to help you understand your home and all of its functioning parts .

 

Sal Nigrelli, Marketing Manager

Originally from Buffalo, NY, by way of Virginia, Sal brings a keen customer-focused marketing acumen to the company. Not only is he a devoted long time employee, he believes so much in the quality of Craig's and Mary's homes that, over the years, he has purchased two of them!. A graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in Marketing, he has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. His off-work passions are golf and photography.

 

Aaron Favolise, Sales Manager

Originally from New England, Aaron has called Wilmington home for over 13 years.  Along with his familiarity with Southeastern North Carolina, Aaron graduated with a degree in management after attending both Cape Fear and UNCW.  His acute attention to detail coupled with awesome people skills make him a perfect new home sales manager with the ability to juggle many projects and deliver first-class service and support to his clients. With his many years of real estate experience in this coastal community he is sure to effectively assist and educate you in the process of building your dream home!
